All participants, organizers, volunteers, and partners involved in SusHacks 2025 must adhere to the following policies:
Ensure that all activities, such as submitting projects and attending workshops, follow the event's schedule. Late entries and absences from sessions may result in disqualification from certain aspects of the hackathon.
Respect intellectual property rights and ensure all code, design, or content submitted is either your own or appropriately licensed. SusHacks expects participants to act with integrity in all aspects of their work.
SusHacks promotes a fair and transparent environment. Any forms of cheating, plagiarism, or dishonesty will result in immediate disqualification. This includes sharing project details with other teams or using unauthorized tools.
Follow all safety guidelines provided by the event organizers. Ensure the security of your personal data and the data of others during the event. Do not share sensitive information without consent.
Maintain a welcoming environment for all participants, regardless of their background, experience, or expertise. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
By attending SusHacks 2025, you consent to the recording and use of your image, video, and voice for promotional purposes by the event organizers. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding this.
SusHacks participants may be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in relation to specific challenges or prizes. This is to protect intellectual property and confidential information during the event.
