SusHacks 2025 Terms and Conditions
By participating in SusHacks 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
The SusHacks 2025 Hackathon is open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. Participants must be at least 18 years old and have valid identification. Teams and individuals from any background or skill level are welcome.
Registration
Participants must complete the official registration process to be eligible for the event. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date.
Code of Conduct
All participants must adhere to the SusHacks Code of Conduct throughout the event. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the hackathon and potential removal from the event.
Intellectual Property
Participants retain ownership of their submissions, but by entering the hackathon, they grant SusHacks a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the submissions for promotional purposes.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to winners of the hackathon based on judging criteria. SusHacks reserves the right to modify or cancel prizes at its discretion. Winners must claim their prizes according to the event guidelines.
Event Cancellations
SusHacks 2025 may be delayed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled, SusHacks will notify participants and make efforts to reschedule or provide refunds as applicable.
Limitation of Liability
SusHacks 2025 is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the event. Participants enter at their own risk and are responsible for their safety and wellbeing.
Changes to Terms
SusHacks reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the event website, and participants are encouraged to review them regularly.
